Order cancellation conditions
Torivento (hereinafter referred to as “we”) operates exclusively as an online store. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement. Once an order exceeds 48 hours or has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may wait for delivery and then contact us to request a return and refund.

After receiving and confirming the required details, our support team will promptly review your request. If the cancellation is approved, you will be informed as soon as possible and the refund process will be arranged accordingly.
Refund process

Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the same bank card used for payment, including Visa or MasterCard.

Refund timeline: Depending on the processing speed of the card-issuing institution, refunds are expected to be completed within 1–3 business days. If the refund has not been received after this period, please contact us for assistance.
