Shipping area
Our store delivers to the entire United Kingdom. Delivery to countries outside the UK is not supported at this time.
Shipping fees
Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping. Orders of £100 or less will incur a flat shipping fee of £12.99.
Cut-off time for orders
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 (Europe/London, GMT/BST). Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 or during non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time
After payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, the estimated total shipping period is 8–12 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions. Delivery times may vary due to customs, local holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
