Placing an order

  1. Go to your cart and review your selected items.

  2. Ensure the items, quantities, and details are correct.

  3. Click “Checkout” to enter billing and shipping information.

Payment process

  1. Our store supports credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, and others.

  2. Enter your card details on the secure checkout page.

  3. Review the order and payment information.

  4. Submit your order.

  5. Once the payment is authorized, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

Shipping information

  • Shipping is available to the entire United Kingdom. Delivery outside the UK is not supported.

  • Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping. Orders of £100 or less will incur a shipping fee of £12.99.

  • Cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 18:00 (Europe/London, GMT/BST). Orders before 18:00 are processed the same day; after 18:00 or on non-business days, processing starts on the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can also check the order status on our "Order Tracking" page by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.

Order cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched.

  2. To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your order number and payment proof.

  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of the result.

  4. For orders that cannot be cancelled, you may follow the return process once the order is delivered.

Returns and exchanges

  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Eligible reasons include appearance issues, quality defects, odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items. Returns without a specific reason are also accepted but shipping costs may apply.

  3. To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, payment proof, reason, and photos or videos.

  4. We will provide a return address upon approval.

  5. Return the item to the specified address and wait for inspection.

  6. Once the item is verified, refunds will be processed or a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

  7. Refunds are issued to the original payment card (Visa or MasterCard) and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

  8. Shipping costs: If the return/exchange is due to our fault, we cover shipping. If requested without reason, the customer pays the return shipping.
