  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Requests after 48 hours: please wait until delivery and follow our return process for refunds. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligible reasons: appearance issues, quality defects, odor, color differences, incorrect items, or no reason.

  • Return process: Contact us via email or phone with order details and evidence; we will provide a return address if approved; return the item and wait for inspection; refunds will be arranged once confirmed.

  • Exchange process: Same as return, replacement shipped within 1–3 business days after verification.

  • Return labels: Provided for approved returns to ensure correct routing.

  • Refund process: 1–3 business days after confirmation; original payment method used.

  • Shipping fees: Our responsibility if return due to store reasons; customer pays if no reason provided.
